Invalid declaration
An Invalid Declaration means that your combinations are not legal or it does not consist of a Pure Sequence without the use of a joker or a wild card. To play rummy, you must ensure that making an Invalid Declaration means that you will lose the game and the opposition automatically wins.
What happens to Printed Joker?
Well printed jokers play the same role as wild jokers. You can think of them as imaginary cards to replace them with a card you need to make a sequence.
